Elizabeth gave a very professional presentation as part of the 2007 Monash-Peninsula Business Associates Program. Elizabeth's session was tailored to her fellow Business Associates members and they found the session to be a really engaging and enjoyable exploration of the potential gains from strategies that enhance workplace well being.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Elizabeth Celi on several occasions.

She has been a presenter at several workshops I have hosted for my clients, Her presentations are always very engaging and informative. My workshops have been geared to a wide age range and Elizabeth always manages to present something meaningful to everyone in the audience. I always get the highest praise from my clients. She also is a regular contributor to my newsletter, again her articles are always engaging and beneficial for my clients.

Dr. Elizabeth Celi, is a fantastic speaker, writer, Master of ceremonies and I always feel lucky to have her as part of my workshops and professional network.

I found Dr Elizabeth Celi very polished and entertaining in her role as MC at a recent Women in the Workplace luncheon consisting of 80 guests.

“The Institute was in search of a presenter for our Staff Development Day to speak with staff about Mental Health Awareness. Elizabeth was highly recommended to us by a local Community Health group, which had engaged Elizabeth to deliver a mental health first aid program for their organisation.

GOTAFE was seeking a presenter to raise awareness with our staff to identify the signs and signals of depression and strategies for dealing with mental health issues in the workplace and classroom.

Elizabeth delivered a clear, concise, stimulating and very informative presentation at our Benalla Campus in June 2006 and from the excellent feedback received Elizabeth returned to deliver follow up sessions in September 2006. Planning is currently underway to have Elizabeth return to the Institute in 2007 to again speak with staff on issues relating to health & wellbeing.

The Institute is extremely fortunate to have a high quality professional in Elizabeth to provide such important information, specifically tailored to the needs of our staff.

Feedback received;

“Excellent insight into Depression and how it manifests itself in a person's mind and how the simplest thing is a personal struggle. There are no visible external signs, but extreme changes in behaviour i.e. withdrawal. I have an idea now of what to look for”.

“ This was a great session delivered by an excellent presenter. The information was interesting, stimulating discussion and gave me greater insight into mental health issues that affect some staff I manage, as well as others I work closely with. This insight may assist me to support and understand their needs better”.

“I was pleased to hear this speaker talk clearly about the boundaries when dealing with mental health issues in the classroom. It was also an important message for teachers about referral on to professionals and their own self care when dealing with troubled students.
A very good session”.

“Dr. Elizabeth Celi has been a valuable contributor to the Frankston Business Seminar Series, delivering an entertaining and comprehensive workshop on the topic of ‘Work/Life Balance’. The seminar series targets owners and managers from across a range of sectors in the local business community, and represents a challenging audience due to its diversity. I have found Elizabeth to be extremely professional and flexible in her approach, and the workshop was one of the standout performances of the 2006 Series.

Elizabeth’s approach to the development of the workshop ensured it was appropriate to the target audience and her delivery was highly interactive and accessible to a wide range of participants. Feedback from the seminar indicated a high level of satisfaction and anecdotal evidence suggest that participants have implemented a number of the practical suggestions offered, which is a powerful indicator that the message was delivered and received effectively.

I would highly recommend Dr. Celi as a professional speaker.”
