Avoid the rising cost of Psychological Injury claims
Vibrant Living Days – Team Time Out!
Work/Life Balance…It’s a Myth!!
Mental Health First Aid course
Are we on the same page? Building bridges in communication
Follow the Leader…Lead the Leader…Be the Leader
Do
you want to avoid the rising prevalence and cost of Psychological
Injury claims?
Psychological
Injury claims represent 7% of the compensation claims
made. 50% of these are related to “Stress”.
Claims
costs result in 27% of the total cost of claims over a
year. This translates to an average cost of $109,000 for
psychological injury, compared to an average cost of $15,000
for non-stress related claims.
How
can you prevent these kind of costs affecting your bottom
line? Key factors to consider;
- Is
team morale dropping?
- Is
staff motivation lagging?
- Is
your company leadership showing support for the efforts
that your staff are putting in to meet company
objectives?
Why
wait to find out if these variables are reaching a critical
point. Be pro-active and create a Stress Buffer Zone for
your team of staff.
Avoid
the direct and indirect costs of rising Psychological Injury
claims.
Consider
the following options for your staff.
Vibrant
Living Day – Team Time Out!
Boost team morale and consider some Team
Time Out with a
half day or full day Vibrant Living Day!! Supportive
leadership acknowledging the efforts of your staff helps
to get them
mentally sharpened for the work load you need them to apply
themselves to. Staff with reduced stress levels and higher
morale translates into meeting your company objectives
more effectively and efficiently, saving you valuable time
and money.

our daily life has become a complex task. We’re on

preparing dinner and perhaps doing something for yourself,
if there’s time left over..!
To help you regain control of this chaos, Dr Elizabeth
Celi has developed the modern day version of work/life
balance, the practical SCS concept. What
is it? You’ve
got to experience it!
Join Elizabeth for a seminar helping your staff discover how a new understanding of Work/Life Balance can fit into their schedule, no matter how hectic.

theoretically and practically how to recognize signs in
friends and colleagues, while applying simple first aid
strategies to assist them toward appropriate professional
care.

Participants wonder what they were getting so apprehensive
about!
Are we on the same page?!! Building bridges in communication
With fun and interactive games, get your team of staff together to test out their communication style. Staff frustration, personality clashes, misunderstandings, inaccurate and inefficient communication– all lead to time lost and wasted productivity.
With non-threatening practical games, each participant learns how they operate as a communicating team player, both in giving and receiving of information. Many ah-ah moments where participants thought they were communicating but were actually missing the mark. This not only leads to frustration and poor staff relations, but wastes valuable company time and resources.
Improve and refine the way your staff give and receive communication, ensuring efficient decision making and core objectives are met on time.
By the end of this training day, your staff will have learnt how to improve their art of communication and build a bridge, in any situation!
Follow
the Leader…Lead the Leader…Be
the Leader Being a team player needs all of the above. Team players get results.
Understanding how to lead and follow makes for efficient information management.
Facilitated and fun team challenges help your participants learn how they operate, or don’t operate, in a team! The practical learning keeps staff on their toes and develops their personal flexibility to lead themselves and naturally lead your organization to better results.
